The ChallengeWith 25 member countries across the continent and a total of 8,900 specialist stores and branches, every agent in each country is considered a specialist in the field of electrical goods. Our SolutionWe designed and developed an e-commerce website that offered consumers the option to buy direct from Euronics or to choose from one of the hundreds of retailers across the UK. We also developed a bespoke ‘Click & Reserve’ facility allowing products to be reserved direct with the retailer. This proved the perfect answer to increasing store footfall via the internet channel.
