BackgroundAlthough having grown considerably in recent years little had been done to raise awareness of the company to energy consultants and potential customers. Organic growth had served Haven well but it was clear that more marketing activity was required to facilitate further growth and meet ambitious growth plans.
The ChallengeThe difficulty was in putting together brand guidelines and marketing strategy, comprising objectives, key messages and ‘plan of action’ without a thorough understanding of existing levels of awareness.
Our SolutionWe recommended and commissioned a piece of thorough research which gave a good sense of direction and the marketing support required. A creative theme – ‘Haven have the power to be different’ – was developed for use across online and offline campaigns including advertising, direct mail, literature, e-newsletters and e-shots, events and exhibitions, SEO, a proactive media relations and seasonal viral campaigns.
Prompted awareness of the brand has risen by 18 percent since the start of the campaign.
