Integrated Account Executive

We are looking for a great communicator to join our busy client services team.

We’re a bunch of brilliant individuals. We’re also one of the largest independent agencies in the East of England. Nearly 50 specialists offer our regional, national and international clients a full range of communications services and advice on building brands and creating clever, imaginative and hard-working marketing campaigns to deliver results both on and offline.

We are looking for an Integrated Account Executive to join the team, whose role will be to provide support across key accounts, ensuring that the identified deliverables and targets are met.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing client WIPs, making sure jobs are added and work briefed and/or scheduled with Production 
  • Opening jobs and helping Production to schedule work
  • Researching and then writing creative and development studio briefs
  • Using project management system for tracking jobs through studios
  • Work closely with creative and development studios as projects progress, setting up meetings to review work
  • Managing media schedules for print advertising and online advertising, liaising with publishers
  • Managing advert artwork, briefing studio, proofing and making sure supplied on time to meet publication deadlines
  • Managing client’s eshot schedule, making sure artwork is ready on time
  • Compiling and running project reports to assist with monthly invoicing 
  • Using client’s website CMS to add or edit content
  • Proofreading and online testing
  • Presenting work to clients, briefing client feedback into system, arrange outputting of final online or offline artwork
  • Attending client meetings and writing contact reports detailing key actions
  • Supporting account group team with desk research, image sourcing, proofing, idea generation, etc

Key skills/attributes

  • A great communicator, self-motivated, able to help motivate others within a very busy team. 
  • Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude, resourceful and willing to get stuck in and enjoy being involved.
  • Understands the principles of multi-channel marketing.
  • Will have very good English writing skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Strong personality and character to help with tracking, progressing and delivering great work in a fast paced ever-changing environment.
  • Experienced in managing client requirements and time prioritisation.
  • Enjoys communicating with others and is confident in front of clients.
  • Determined, able to juggle lots of activity, chase-up work and drive projects through the studios. 
  • Likely a graduate with a marketing, media or creative degree, or A-level equivalent, with one to five years’ experience.

Computer skills

Must be proficient in use of spreadsheets, PowerPoint or similar, and familiar with cloud-based document sharing and ideally experienced in using website CMS solutions.
