We are looking for an Integrated Account Manager to join our lively, award-winning team.

Are you a driven project manager with a keen eye for detail? To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be a super organised, proactive marketeer who loves to get things done.

Working within our busy client services team, you’ll play a key role helping to manage marketing campaigns and workflow for some of the agency’s big brand accounts, as well as applying your creative prowess to ad and email copywriting.

Supporting the group account director, you’ll get the chance to be involved with developing dynamic marketing strategies, getting under the skin of briefs and business objectives to ensure client KPIs are met. A good understanding of the wider marketing landscape is a must, alongside a drive to help clients develop their brand. 

Building relationships with key clients, partners and influencers across multiple sectors is essential to the work we do. You will work closely with clients to capture their briefs and ensure timely delivery of assets. This integrated role touches all departments in the agency, from the creative studio to the web development and digital marketing teams.

There’s also the opportunity to support junior members of the team to develop their skills.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Managing marketing plans and activity for a number of clients
  • Delivering day-to-day marketing activity, including email campaigns, print and digital advertising schedules
  • Communicating with clients to take briefs, garner feedback and achieve sign-off
  • Liaising with all agency departments, including digital marketing, social media, web development, content and design, to ensure timely delivery of assets and projects
  • Researching and writing briefs and scheduling work in creative studio
  • Helping to conceive marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Writing advertising copy and email copy when required
  • Working with junior team members to assign tasks and check work
  • Proofing copy and creative work
  • Monthly reporting on success of marketing activities
  • Managing client work WIP (work in progress) documents
  • Assisting in client meetings and writing contact reports.

Essential skills and experience

  • Able to communicate and help motivate a very busy team. Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude, resourceful and willing to get stuck in and enjoy being involved
  • Understands the principles of multi-channel marketing, ideally with a relevant degree-level or higher qualification

  • Very organised, able to juggle lots of activity and keep pace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Track record of organising/project managing campaign asset delivery
  • Experience in managing client requirements and time prioritisation
  • Experience of working with suppliers, contractors, agencies or other third parties
  • Positive ‘can do’ attitude, resourceful and willing to get stuck in and enjoy being involved 
  • Determination to chase-up work and drive it through to the end
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Competent in the use of Excel and Word.

Desired skills

  • Agency experience
  • Able to help motivate a very busy team
  • Experience of working with B2B clients and on technical accounts would be an advantage
  • Ideally experienced working with email broadcasting software and editing website content via CMS
  • An understanding of SEO/search marketing is a big bonus but not essential
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Analytical thinking with strong data skills
