This is a maternity cover, fixed term contract for a period of 12 months. During that time you will play a key role in the client services team here at OneAgency, working for a major client alongside other client business. 

Based in our Norwich headquarters. This is an important role and suitable for someone with a keen eye for detail, experience in managing events, plus having excellent client relationship skills.

Hands-on experience of managing client accounts and projects within an integrated creative agency environment or similar is desirable but those working in house will be considered.

Required Skills:

Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills: you’ll know how to get the best out of your clients and will be able to create rapport and build strong relationships with clients at all levels.

Excellent communication skills: it is essential that you are fully confident to take on a client-facing role with the necessary skills required to work with, negotiate and manage clients, suppliers, and colleagues.

Attention to detail: you must have a keen eye for detail and a calm approach when under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

With an eye for detail and strong commercial focus, you’ll be able to oversee projects from inception to delivery maintaining the quality, profitability, and scope of all projects you own.

Ensuring client aspirations are met through good internal production comms.

Relevant Experience:

Proven experience of effectively coordinating small to large-scale projects from brief through to delivery and ensuring all deadlines are met.

Familiar with large scale event organisation.

Delivering presentations, pitches, and progress reporting.

Work closely with creative and development studios as projects progress.
