Integrated Account Manager

We are looking for an Integrated Account Manager to join our Client Services team.

Working within our busy client services team, the role is to support the group account director and play a key role as part of a fantastic team of marketeers for the agency’s main accounts, ensuring identified deliverables are met on a timely basis. You’ll be working with a great bunch of people, for great clients, who all love marketing and achieving great things together, delivering lovely brand and identity work, campaigns, a lot of which is digital-focused, but some offline too, all integrated and joined up. Yes it’s hard work, but very rewarding. We’re looking for a proactive career-focused individual who can add even more talent to our growing team of hard working superstars. 

Required Skills

  • Very organised, able to juggle lots of activity and keep pace
  • Managing execs, you’ll be confident in delegating and then overseeing others and also helping to train
  • Client facing, building relationships, discussing briefs and liaising on a day-to-day basis
  • Managing client WIPs, making sure tasks are added and work briefed and/or scheduled with Production
  • Researching and then writing studio briefs
  • Opening and organising jobs, to help Production to schedule work
  • Entering information onto project management system and progressing / tracking jobs through studio
  • Work closely with creative and development studios as projects progress
  • Assisting in client meetings, and writing contact reports
  • Creating and overseeing rollout for client’s eshot schedules
  • Managing upload and testing of client eshots, work with digital team to schedule broadcasts and help with reporting
  • Managing client’s advertising media schedules and supply of artwork, to meet publication deadlines; includes researching deadlines and publication specs, briefing studio of requirements, proofing, then sending approved artwork to publication
  • Compiling and running project management reports for jobs to assist with management and monthly invoicing
  • Proofreading at all stages through to finished artwork
  • Working with client’s CMS to add or edit content for websites
  • Reviewing, organising and filing client’s trade magazines
  • Must be adept in use of cloud-based file sharing
  • Ideally experienced working with email broadcasting software and editing website content via CMS
  • Competent in the use of Excel and Word.

Desired Skills

  • Able to communicate and help motivate a very busy team. Has a positive ‘can do’ attitude, resourceful and willing to get stuck in and enjoy being involved
  • Understands the principles of multi-channel marketing, ideally with a relevant degree-level or higher qualification
  • Experienced in managing client requirements and time prioritisation
  • Likes to communicate with others and be confident in front of clients
  • Determination to chase-up work and drive it through the studio
  • Will have very good English writing skills. A keen eye for detail
  • Strong personality and character to help with tracking, progressing and delivering great work in a fast paced ever-changing environment
