PR Account Manager

We are looking for a PR Account Manager to join our lively, award-winning team.

As PR Account Manager, you will play a key role in one of the fastest-growing teams here at OneAgency. You will create and manage PR and content campaigns for a number of clients. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts with a split focus on PR and content creation and management.

You will have a solid understanding of PR in all its guises, high-level writing skills and a good understanding of the wider marketing landscape.

The role will call on your hands-on experience of creating and executing PR plans and demands a dynamic and proactive PR approach: building relationships with key journalists and influencers in client sectors.

You will work with clients to capture their content briefs, ensure timely delivery of assets. You will be writing content of all types, from interviews to FAQs, white papers to social copy.

You will also work with junior members of the team to develop their PR skills.

Please note that this is a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceiving and proposing PR campaigns;
  • Delivering successful PR campaigns that earn coverage from relevant media;
  • Working with in-house and external teams to deliver content, from writing to design and video; and
  • Reporting on PR campaigns.

Required Skills:

  • Proven PR experience;
  • 4+ years of agency experience;
  • Proven, high-level editorial skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Analytical thinking with strong data skills;
  • An understanding of SEO/search is a bonus but not essential;
  • Experience of having worked across a range of brands and good B2B experience and working on technical accounts would be an advantage;
  • Track record of organising/project managing campaign asset delivery;
  • Experience of working with suppliers, contractors, agencies or other third parties; and
  • Good working knowledge of social media and its applications within marketing.
