Instanta brand refresh

Instanta came to OneAgency with the request to refresh the existing catalogue and website. As a leading manufacturer Instanta required a suite of marketing collateral to promote their range of catering equipment.

Background

Instanta is a British manufacturer that has been making boilers in Southport, Merseyside since 1957. Throughout this time their objective has been to produce top quality, innovative products that offer real value for money and deliver unrivalled reliability. Instanta designs its products to be reliable and robust and this reflects the company’s competence and reputation as one of the leading manufacturers of premium beverage and catering equipment in the UK.

The Solution

After a detailed review, OneAgency recommended completely refreshing Instanta’s brand identity, bringing it up to date with the times. We looked at Instanta’s brand as a whole and developed a look and feel that retained the quality and expertise but alluded to its long history and British heritage, whilst modernising it to appeal to today’s audience. The logo was refreshed in order to improve legibility and to present a quality feel whilst retaining brand equity with almost 60 years of trust gained.

OneAgency put together a set of brand guidelines and compiled a comprehensive marketing strategy, encompassing objectives, key messages and a plan of action. Brand refresh included a new fully mobile responsive website with the ability to buy online, new stationery and a considered meaningful strapline: ‘British Manufacturing since 1957.’ We communicated this new look via a number of communications including a brand new look brochure, price list and advertising. New ‘360’ photography was carried out to present the products consistently and to provide further interaction online.
