Performance Marketing Manager

We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and dynamic performance marketer to join our lively Digital Marketing team.

Location: Norwich (Wensum Wharf) | Hybrid
Salary: Competitive (DOE)

About the role

We’re looking for a performance marketing manager to join our fantastic team of highly skilled creative and marketing professionals, at our new riverside headquarters in Wensum Wharf.

You will take ownership of paid strategies across a diverse portfolio of B2B lead generation, e-commerce, and app acquisition accounts. You will be a performance-driven marketer who knows how to scale budgets, solve attribution puzzles, and turn ad spend into measurable client results.

You’ll move beyond organic posting or surface-level boosted posts to build, test, and scale multi-channel performance strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, TikTok, Apple and other platforms. You’ll be used to working in a fast-paced environment and understand that performance marketing needs to deliver real commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build, execute, and scale end-to-end paid social, paid search, and acquisition campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Apps, Video), TikTok Ads Manager, Apple Search Ads (ASA).
  • Drive campaign ROI across e-commerce and B2B accounts, maintaining relentless focus on core commercial metrics including CPA, CPL, ROAS, CPI, and long-term customer value.
  • You don’t need to be a designer, but you do need to know what hooks an audience. You’ll analyse creative fatigue, spot winning angles, and brief our in-house creative team on high-converting static, video and UGC assets.
  • Manage tracking and attribution architecture in partnership with our digital teams, overseeing Google Tag Manager, pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), SKAN/AdAttributionKit frameworks, and Mobile Measurement Partners.
  • Work alongside leadership to shape performance strategy, acting as the technical and execution expert who translates data, campaign reporting, and account insights into clear commercial recommendations and growth roadmaps.
  • Test and implement emerging platform features, copy and ad formats, and Custom Product Pages across platforms, to keep client accounts ahead of the curve.
  • Work to specific project timelines and fast-paced workflows while adhering to strict tracking accuracy, platform technical specifications, and compliance standards.

You will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and scaling paid media budgets across paid social (and ideally PPC too) within an agency or fast-growth environment.

You will bring strong data fluency, knowing your way around Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking mechanics like the back of your hand. You will also have a sharp commercial mindset: you talk in numbers, understand how acquisition costs fit into wider business economics, and aren’t afraid to speak directly to clients about revenue metrics.

You will be an effective communicator with a brilliant eye for detail and the ability to turn complex analytics into clear commercial actions.
