Integrated offering proves to be a popular choice

Three months on from combining the heritage and expertise of our three sister agencies and our research is proving correct: businesses are increasingly looking for an integrated solution for their marketing communications.

“This is inspiring news. All our separate agencies had a strong finish to 2010 in terms of new business and clients increasing their campaign activity, and you hope that business will continue as well as previously and ideally increase under a new agency format.”
Mark Littlewood, managing director

And increase it has. Enquiries are up across all service sectors with digital in particular demand. Insurance brokers and independent financial advisors Lucas Fettes, volunteer and voluntary organisational support group Volunteer Norfolk, independent charity NANSA (Norfolk and Norwich Scope Association), luxury Norwich jewellers WR Bullen and Norwich construction company John Youngs have all signed up for our creative design and web development services in the last couple of months.

Something we’ve found particularly appeals to our existing clients and those new clients coming on board is the dedicated point of contact we put on each and every account. Whatever mix of designers, copywriters, PR practioners, digital specialists, SEO managers, studio and client services are working on an account in the background our clients only ever have one primary contact to deal with. This saves time and money – always a winning combination!
