A quacking good job!
Today (1 April) is a big day for us and for our client Gressingham Foods. In a demonstration of its support for Gressingham Duck, Tesco is re-launching the brand’s products under the Gressingham Foods label for the first time.
Since the brief came through, we’ve been working with the client to tailor the producer’s distinctive black and gold packaging exclusively for Tesco. We created new packaging design and artwork for seven products: Gressingham Duck Breast Fillets, Duck Legs, Whole Duck, Half Duck, Duck Stir Fry Mini Fillets, Duck Crown and Duck Breast Fillets with Sea Salt and Black Pepper Seasoning – all of which incorporate new packaging requirements such as clearly-visible GDAs on the front of the pack.
Our PR team have also been busy crafting advertorials for the supermarket’s in-store Food magazine to promote the Gressingham brand and highlight the availability of the products in Tesco branches. A press release announcing the re-launch is also – as we type – generating extensive coverage for the client.
Plus they’ve demonstrated their quick-thinking and fast reflexes by working with design and production colleagues to produce a compelling advertorial for the Observer Food Monthly magazine in record time, which is testament to the strength of our integrated service.
