Online sales target set

Teknomek is the latest company to call on our digital services.

A stainless steel equipment manufacturer and leading supplier of quality hygiene products for food, catering, pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary and other hygiene conscious industries, Teknomek briefed us to put forward a plan to achieve substantial growth of their online sales.

Our solution was to recommend building an integrated customised e-commerce platform to replace the brand’s existing websites. The website will allow for automated online payment processing, stock inventory management, improved site navigation, multilingual support, trade account handling, up-selling and cross-selling functionality, and improved customer service features such as live chat, visitor feedback polls and discussion forums. With this total back office integration Teknomek sales staff will, for example, be able to track and understand buying patterns.

This is a big project but one which the client has no doubt we can deliver, as Neil Bond, market development executive from Teknomek, confirms: “Our reason for choosing oneagency.co from a shortlist of other potential providers was due to the flexibility, customisation and scalability of the OneCMS which we required due to the complexity of the project.

“The team has taken the time to develop a comprehensive understanding of our business and demonstrated a considered and methodical approach to the brief.

“oneagency.co has taken its knowledge and experience from work with many other clients to demonstrate, adapt and recommend clear and practical solutions that have significantly enhanced the overall project and will work well for our business.”

The website will be supported with a detailed digital campaign including Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), online banner advertising, email marketing and online PR to ensure further improvement to visitor engagement, increase in frequency of visits and higher conversion rates. Offline PR such as news releases and media research complete the overall campaign.

We’ll be sure to keep you all updated with the campaign and results as we have them!
