We got Silver for Best Publication!
We were thrilled to win a Silver PRide Award in the Best Publication category for Toro Newslines for our client Reesink Turfcare.
Held at the Guildhall in Cambridge on 15 November, the CiPR Awards, organised by the Chartered Institute of Public Relations for the Anglia, Thames and Chiltern regions, recognises the outstanding work of leading public relations teams who demonstrate commitment to excellence and best practice in nine regions across the UK.
Newslines is a biannual 12-page publication which has been representing the Toro brand in the niche sector of turfcare machinery and irrigation products and delivering results for its distributor and our client, Reesink, for almost a quarter of a century.
With each and every issue we set out to push the boundaries for this well-established publication by creating a community that represents existing Toro customers in a way that it attracts new customers; recognises and promotes the unsung heroes in sport; provides an informative read that clearly understands its greenkeeper and groundsman audiences; and maximises reach to highly targeted audiences, via print, email marketing and the website.
Time and again the results and feedback we receive for the publication assure of us that, but the CiPR Award judges agreed too.
Hosted by BBC journalist, presenter and reporter Holly Hamilton, it was a great night enjoyed by, from left, Rosie Duckworth, PR account director, Steve Shipley, creative designer, Helen Littlewood, client services director and Mark Littlewood, managing director.
Helen comments…
“We’ve worked with Reesink and Toro for 25 years. Client retention of this duration is something we are incredibly proud of, and winning awards is a bonus and well deserved recognition for the creative solution we deliver for a well-established and ever-evolving publication.”
