Senior Digital Marketing Executive

This is your opportunity to learn, develop and really make your mark. We’re looking for a passionate and driven Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our lively digital marketing and social team. 

We are looking for someone with experience working on multiple digital accounts, including client account management and reporting. You will play a key role in the delivery of integrated digital marketing and social media campaigns across a broad spectrum of clients, spanning both B2B and B2C accounts.

It is critical that you have a solid understanding of the digital landscape, ideally gained through hands-on experience of working on client accounts and projects, within a digital agency environment or similar.

Strong communication, both written and verbal, is key for this role, as is the ability to communicate to clients in a confident, professional and friendly manner. If you’re passionate, enthusiastic and ambitious, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the implementation of digital marketing / social media strategies for a range of clients. 
  • Daily management of client accounts across various social media channels: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok and YouTube.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and results, generating reports and insights on a regular basis.
  • Optimise copy and landing pages for campaigns and SEO – from build of a website to an already established site. 
  • Monitor and resolve technical issues, using our development team where required. 
  • Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations 
  • Research and analyse competitors 
  • Provide client support on implementing digital marketing activities. 

Desired skills:

  • Google Ads / PPC experience in setting up and managing campaigns.
  • Understanding and experience of managing organic and paid social media campaigns.
  • Experience / understanding of HubSpot CRM & Marketing tools.
  • Proven SEO / SEM experience – 1yr minimum. Ideally agency experience.
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion and online customer acquisition.
  • Experience using Google analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager etc. With a solid understanding of Technical SEO.
  • Ability to report on and analyse data.
  • Experience using CMS platforms such as WordPress / Wix.
  • Understanding Eshot platforms and management of campaigns.
  • Experience using tools such as SEMrush, Screaming Frog, heatmapping software etc.
